iPhone Tips & Tricks: Howto take a screenshot on your iPhone

Posted by: Admin In: Tutorials|iPhone

There is no need for any external applications to take a screenshot using your iPhone. Apple have already have this function build into your iPhone by default. I’ve not tested this method on the iPod Touch so iPod Touch users please feedback if this method works for you.

What you will need for this:

  • iPhone / iPod Touch

To take a Screenshot using the build in function

Press and hold on to your ON/OFF button while simultaneously pressing the HOME button of your iPhone/iPod Touch. You will hear the camera sound which indicates that the screenshot have been taken.

To see the iPhone screenshots you have taken

The screenshots would be stored at your iPhone / iPod Touch Photos>Camera Roll
